Ok, summer is finally here! It began with a traumatic start, as my car floated into a water-filled ditch on my way home from college. A ditch separating two parking lots had become so filled with fast moving water that it blended right in and looked like pavement. I thank God that I got out of there perfectly fine and the only thing hurt was my car and some belongings.
I am hoping that is only the beginning of what is going to be a fabulous summer. I was offered 3 internships this summer and am proud to say that I will be the development intern for the Parish School this summer and cannot wait to begin work on June 1st! My passion for nonprofits is growing each and everyday and I am thrilled to see what God has in store for me!
